      Not a joke : )

      This house is still available but must be moved to a new location. Cost to move, and new foundation, plus tie in with new utilities is about $200,000. Add cost of land. If you have land, this house is a great deal!

    Sad.....this was my grandparents home.....I spent many a summer here.....now with no takers it has been torn down

      It is very sad. It did have a taker, but they didn't have enough time to get the necessary permits before time ran out. Such a very sad loss.

    We are not house movers, however we pay movers to move historic houses for us before they get torn down. We move them to land we own, restore them and enjoy them.
